• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

All bets placed on betso99 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, or the sportsbook — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. betso99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

• Fraud & Cheating: Using any software, device, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.

Any unauthorised use of betso99's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betso99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, system outages, or network interruptions beyond betso99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where betso99 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

betso99's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betso99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

betso99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, to suspend or close the account.

Upon termination for cause, betso99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, promotional credits, and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the user following completion of any required investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their betso99 account may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to betso99's internal dispute resolution process. Users must submit a formal complaint through the platform's support channels, and betso99 will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.

betso99 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Users who believe that betso99 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR.

betso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betso99 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the betso99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
